Do not mail registration forms or checks after September 10.

Registration: Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis starting May 20.

The form is a fill-in pdf. You can fill it in and print, or just print and fill it in by hand. The fill in feature works with most web browsers, but not Firefox.

Financing your participation:  The Fund Your Attendance page lists a variety of ideas about how to cover your registration fee and travel expenses. For further assistance, please read about Scholarships.

Fees: The registration fees listed below includes the conference program, dinner Friday evening, lunches Saturday and Sunday, snacks, and two dances. Dinner on Saturday night will
be on your own with old friends and new acquaintances. Participants will arrange their own lodging with the Holiday Inn Express. Lodging includes breakfast.

Late Registrations: Before sending in late registrations, postmarked on or after September 5, please contact the registrar at swrocreg@gmail.com to confirm that space is available.

Lodging:  Please see the Location page for more information on the host hotel and on sharing rooms with other conference participants.  Book rooms early. The conference rate is $68 plus tax. However, you must call the hotel directly no later than Aug 19th at (505) 338-5255 to reserve your room. Rooms will be at market rate after Aug 19, and may have limited availability. Tell them you are registering with the CDSS-Southwest Regional Organizers Conference with the code “CDS“. Please note on the registration form if you want to share lodging with other participants.

Payment: Payments will be accepted by check only, payable to CDSS in U.S. funds. Enclosing more than one check is fine. (For example, one from a dance organization and one from an individual.) Payment for hotel rooms must be made directly with the hotel, separate from the conference registration.

Please enclose the entire fee when you register. To take advantage of the Early-bird Rate, the full balance must be postmarked by Aug 5. Regular Rates are in effect for registrations and full payments postmarked after Aug 5.

You are welcome to save and email the filled-in form to swrocreg@gmail.com, but please include the printed form with your full payment. Print and mail the completed registration form and full payment to:

Waiting List: If we are oversubscribed, the waiting list priority will be in order of registration postmark date.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, please let us know ASAP. If we have a waiting list, there will be people who are eager to attend!

For cancellations

  • on or before Aug 5, your entire payment will be refunded.
  • from Aug 6-Sept 5, all but a $20 cancellation fee will be refunded.*
  • after Sept 5, there will be no refund.*

* If we are able to fill your place from the waiting list, we will offer a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. For cancellations without notification, the entire fee will be retained.
