Kate, you've been one of my favorite musicians since I first wandered into the Scout House some time in 1981 or so.
On the occasions when I've had the pleasure of working with you, either doing sound or as a dance producer, you've not only produced the wonderful music that I expected, but have also made my work easier, and my life, by being a calming influence and providing advice when needed (and not when not!), and calmly informing me of your needs as a musician when I was acting as engineer.
I think it was you who told me, one night when I was having a hard time pleasing the band, that as long as the musicians were still asking for improvements to the monitor mix, it meant that they hadn't given up on me. Thanks for everything!
