Rome, Aug. 16. On Saturday last the Constable Colonna made
a grand entertainment for the diversion of a great number of
ambassadors, Princes, Princesses, prelates, and other
persons of rank, of the chief families of Rome, who came
according to his invitation. Among the rest there was an
excellent consort of vocal and instrumental musick,
performed by some of the best masters, and a very fine
firework was plaid off at the close; but an unlucky accident
