Norwich, Jan. 20 Yesterday morning at 10 o'clock, Mr. Henry
Crossgrove the printer of the Norwich Gazette, receiv'd the
following new fashioned letter from some merry incendaries,
which is printed in their own orthography, viz.
Mr. Crossgrove, Norwich, Jan. 19 1731.
  If you do not put six halfpence in form, 
  Into an old shoe (we speak for no harm)
  And place it upon the very  + top stone
  Christ Church high spire, at midnight alone;
