Worms, Sept. 21. The army of the Allies continues as yet in
our neighbourhood; the Hussars are mighty well satisfied
with the success of their last expedition against the
French. . . [19 lines, description of action.] After this
was over, cover'd as they were with blood, brains, and
sweat, they gave the peasants ready money for bread, mutton,
beef, wine, brandy, and other refreshments; and continued
feasting and dancing upon the field of battle the best part
of the night.
