[Paris,] Feb. 12. The envoy of his Grace the Duke of
Lorrain at Paris was to give as Monday last, on occasion of
his Highness's marriage, a most splendid entertainment to
the ministers of state, foreign ministers, marshals of
France, cardinals, prelates, &c. to the number of 130
guests. A hall in which the company is to sup, was erected
on purpose, and furnished in a manner exceeding every thing
that has been seen: It is to contain three tables, one of
fifty covers, and two of thirty. His excellency has also
prepared a fine fire-work, and the evening is to conclude
with a chorus of drums, trumpets, and firing of guns.
