Dublin, Dec. 12. This evening was interr'd a favourite lap
dog, of a very fine lady in this town, with several
demonstrations of grief. When he was to be thrown into the
hole, his mistress set up the Irish cry in a most melodious
manner, and that she might be exactly in taste, she very
pathetically utter'd in recitativo, several of the virtues
of the dear defunct, in which his vigilance, intrepidity,
fidelity and sincerity were often celebrated. We hear she
sees no company, and that her physicians have directed her
to keep her bed, and enter in to a low diet, and a course of
anithystericks
