His Excellency the Governour has given orders to the
colonels of all the regiments in this province, & that of
New-Hampshire, to cause the proclamation issued out by his
Excellency the 19th of Apr past, for encouraging of
voluntiers, to be published in their respective regiments,
and to cause the drums to be beat in each company thereof,
for raising soldiers to go on the intended expedition to the
West Indies.
