Turin, Feb. 5, O.S. Last Saturday there was a smart action
in the principality of Oneglia, between the Spaniards and
inhabitants, supported by some regular troops. About twenty
villages rung the alarm-bell. The arm'd peasants fell with
so much fury upon the Spaniards, that they were obliged to
retire, with the loss of 500 men.
