Saturday se'nnight a young woman going to Northampton Market, was met a little way out of town by a drummer and three other soldiers quartered there. The drummer threw her down and committed a rape upon her, and one of the other three did the same, which she died under. The other two unnatural villains had carnal knowledge of her after she was dead. They are all four taken and committed to the county goal. |
