enemies to this country, among the last of whom, I doubt not
but you will recon me.--
  To all such the following lines are dedicated.
  He who will make self-interest all his aim,
  To which sweet liberty a victim falls,
  May he descend to that Tartarean pit,
  Whose floors are solid adamantine brass;. . .
