[London] Yesterday morning a large body of sailors assembled
in Stepney Fields, and proceeded through the city, to
petition the Parliament for a regulation of their wages as
in other trades. They were very orderly in their
proceedings, had flags in front, in center, and in rear,
with fiddles playing before them, and several ringleaders
with boatswains whistles were interspersed throughout, who
answered on another, and regulated the whole body. . .
