Wednesday the 30th of October past His Majesty King George
the second our most gracious sovereign commenced the 32nd
year of his age; which day was celebrated in this town with
the usual marks of loyalty. . . [9 lines] John Peagrum,
Esq; his Majesty's Surveyor General of the Customs in Honour
of the day was pleased to invite all the officers of the
customs and their wives, to a very handsome entertainment,
where there was illuminations, musick and dancing, and all
imaginable signs and demonstrations of loyalty.
