Imported in the last ship from London, and to be sold by
Gilbert and Lewis Deblois, At the sign of the Crown & Comb
in Queen-street opposite the Post-Office. By wholesale &
retail, at reasonable rates, viz.
Brass kettles, skillets warmingpans, tea kettles, coffee
pots, sauce pans, &c. London nails, tacks, barrin beads of
all sizes, powder, bar lead, lead shot, steel wool cards,
frying driping and stew pans, all sorts of locks, hinges,
bolts, latches, carpenters box rules, compasses, turning
tools, &c. White's saws of most sorts, best Irish glew,
stone trowels, marking irons, bellows, shovels & tongs,
chimney hooks, andirons, chaffing dishes, candlesticks, iron
wire, brass saddle heads & tuff nails, horse whips, &c. All
sorts of shoemakers working tools; best sorts of brass
furniture for desks and book cases. A great assortment of
files & rasps, swords, belts, powder flasks, iron and wood
coffee mills, brass scales & weights, &c. A great variety
of shoe and knee buckles, sleeve buttons, thimbles; London
sewing and knitting needles, large brass pans, jews harps,
all sorts of fish hooks, lines, angling rods, walking canes,
horn and ivory combs, all sorts of brushes, brass inkpots,
fountain pens, pewter ink chests, a variety of necklaces and
pendants, bells of all sorts, brass lock cocks, ink powder,
memorandum books, silver stay hooks, wire and wood mouse and
rat traps, pepper boxes, corks, snuff and tobacco boxes,
with a great number of of other articles, also a compleat
assortment of London, Sheffield, and Birmingham cutler's
wares -- English sole leather, best Roman violin strings,
bridges, bows, &c. Cotton romals, worsted caps, worsted
qualities, tapes, bobbins, gallooms, stay cord and braid,
edgings, treads, gartering, ribbons, fans, mohair, mens
hose; with a fine assortment of worsted crewels, slacks and
flaws, yellow canvas hand and standing screens, pictures,
and chimney pieces drawn after the compleatest manner,
London starch, black pepper, and bohea tea.
