One of the ministers of this town being desired by many of
his congregation and others, to revise and improve the
New-England psalm-book, keeping as near to the sublime
sentiments of the inspir'd original as is consistent with
the rules of poetry: With additions of other scripture
hymns, especially suitable to sacramental occasions: The
whole containing about twenty sheets, in good print and
paper: And the same being ready to be offered to the
publick; Subscriptions are not to be taken by D. Henchman,
at his shop in Cornhill, and by Green & Russell at their
printing-office in Queen-Street, upon the following
conditions only; viz. Two pistareens at the delivery of each
book, bound in sheep.
