Wanted Immediately, For the corps of the Continental
Artillery, commanded by General Knox, a number of smart
likely lads, for fifers and drummers.--If any incline to
serve in the glorious and best of causes in their country in
this way, they may call at my quarters, the North side of
the State House, where they shall meet with the best
encouragement, and put to practice immediately. They are to
engage for 3 years, or the contest with Great-Britain, that
monster of the world.
John Hiwill, Musician of the Artillery.
