On the 6th instant, one Mr. Freeman, who attempted to force his way, into the play-house with pistols, while his Royal Highness the Prince of Wales was there, and shot a centinel who opposed him, was on the 7th committed to Newgate. He came to the play-house booted and spurr'd, and had a man to attend him, with a couple of horses at the door. |
