Moisy the ingineer, by the means of a magazine full of powder, was so violent that it not only broke the glass windows of many houses at a great distance, but also the very bell of the Carmelite Church in the street of Grenille, which was repair'd on the 9th by a new one, consecrated by the curate of St. Sepulchere Church. |
