Hamburg, (in Germany,) Jan. 25. M. Wich, the King of Great
Britain's minister, is making great preparations to
celebrate the anniversary of the birth of Prince Frederick
of Hanover, which is on the 31st instant, and he designs to
give a magnificent feast to all persons of distinction in
this city, which is to be concluded by a fine ball and
serenade. The officers of the regiment which is in garrison
at Harburgh intend likewise to celebrate the day by a
