From the Post Man, Octob. 15. London, Octob. 15. One
Abraham Simmonds of Lewisham in Kent, died some days ago,
and by his will it was ordered that his corpse should be
buried in his orchard; two men should have half a crown a
piece for digging the grave, and that he should be put
therein in a blanket only, and that neither the church bell
should toll, nor the minister officiate, but without any
ceremony; and a dog, when it died, should be put into the
same grave.
