Extract of a letter from Portsmouth, dated June 5.  The
write from Hanover, that all the rich furniture and other
things of value that were in the castle of that city have
been removed elsewhere particularly to Stade; and that the
horses of the King's stables are [   ] Gohrde.  The company
of French players are also discharged, as of [   ] use in
the present circumstances.  A violent suspicion was
entertained  [   ] some of the gentry gave the French a
description of an Italian [   ] sent to cleves to take an
exact account of the state of things, [   ] number and
destination of the French troops in that Dutchy.  The man
has been taken up for a spy, and hanged. . .
