Hague, Feb. 28. Extract of a letter from Osnabrug, Feb. 28.
"The election of our new perlate, Prince Frederick of
England, who is six months and some days old, was celebrated
with great eclat, by the firing of cannon on our ramparts,
ringing all the bells in the city, and repeated acclamations
of long live Frederick, &c. All the houses ornamented with
decorations and emblems analagous to the circumstance, were
illuminated till break of day. The decorations of the town
hall were superb; and there was a public concert the whole
night."
