By the Hartford Post. London. July 6. A private letter from
Warsaw of the 16th ult. brings advice, that the Dyet of
Poland had resolved to give the Empress of all the Russias,
and the King of Prussia in the respective qualification, and
to acknowledge them as such. It is added, that a short time
before the French ambassador took his leave of the Primate,
very high words passed between them in presence of several
of the senetors [ ]; on which the latter gave orders to his
guards, that for the future they should neither present
their arms nor beat the drum in honour to that minister.
What may ensue from this, time only must discover.
