Dublin, Oct. 10. Since the arrival of the Duke of Bedford,
he hath been treated with the highest honour and respect. .

All the fellows, students &c. appeared in their proper
habits. On this occasion some degrees were granted to
different gentlemen, particularly to Mr. Murphy, Master of
the Song, to the Choir of Christ and St. Patrick's
Cathedrals, Dublin, who had the degree of Doctor of Music,
and Mr. Woodward, jun. that of a Bachelor of Music conferred
on them, for their great genius in composition, as well as
performances. . .
