Gilbert Deblois, notifies his town and country customers,
that he has. . . to be sold, also, a large brick building,
known by the name of Concert-Hall, situated in Queen-Street,
well calculated for public entertainments; said hall being
the genteelest of any in America.
The price will be low and payment may be made any time
within three years, giving good security for the money.  For
further particulars inquire of said Deblois.
