From the Morning Chronicle.
The following lines, which I copied from a pan of glass at
an inn at Dover, may serve to shew that however contemptible
our country [ ] generally return from their travels, some
of them leave England with the disposition of a true
Englishman.   Your humble servant, Dentatus.
Ye cliffs, where wide-resounding o'er the main,
Triumphant freedom wakes her sacred strain;
Ye plains, where plenty pours her lavish horn,
And innocence salutes each smiling morn;
. . . [8 more lines, signed] T.D.
