Josiah Willard Gibbs begs leave to acquaint his friends and
the public, that he has just imported a compleat and elegant
assortment of London, Bristol, Birmingham and Sheffield
hard-ware goods, all which were purchased of the several
manufacturers upon the best terms, and which he will sell at
his shop (in Cornhill, near the state house, Boston) for
ready money, either by wholesale or retail at such
reasonable rates as he doubts not will give entire
satisfaction to all may please to favor him with their
custom, among which are the following articles, viz. . .
bell handles. . . fifes and flutes. . .
