colour, with sharp noses, long claws, and hanging ears. . .

the sound of the French horn, being used to that note by an
old dog master at Paris; they prick up their ears also at
the music of a Lancashire hornpipe; This is to give notice,
that whoever can secure this couple of curs. . .
