George Deblois, has just imported from London, via Boston, a
large assortment of hard-wares, and English piece goods,
which he has for sale at his shop opposite Tristram Dalton
Esq'rs store, at the head of the Upper Long-Wharf in
Newbury-Port; wholesale and retail [hand pointing right]
extremely cheap for ready money; -- among his assortment are
the following articles.
All sizes nails, brads . . . [2 narrow columns; near bottom
of second:]
cap-wire, fiddle and bass violin strings, cheap fidles and
bows, bays, duffits, and other course woolens. . .
[hand pointing right] Said Deblois will be much obliged to
the town and country shop-keepers and others that do not
import their goods immediately from London for their custom,
as they may depend on being served with goods, either
wholesale or retail full as cheap as they are to be bought
in Boston, or elsewhere. Constant attendance is given.
