They write from Steenbergen the 18th instant, that about
eight in the morning they had an earthquake, and in less
than a minute's time felt seven or eight shocks, which were
so violent, that the bell of the town-house was heard
several times, which filled the inhabitants with such
terror. . . [9 lines describing damage and comparing quake
