Dublin, December 15. On the 3d instant, a dangerous and
insolent multitude of people, having riotously assembled
before the Parliament House, and in the avenues leading

Liberty, in the remote parts of Dublin, and an oration
publickly made for infusing groundless fears and
apprehensions in the minds of his Majesty's subjects, and
