London, July 10. Extract of a letter from Brussels, June
25.
His Royal Highness the Duke of York arrived at Padua the
16th of last month from Venice, escorted by a party of
horse, and the same evening assisted at the opera. The next
day the Proveditor Extraordinary gave a splendid supper,
accompanied with a ball, and likewise an elegant
entertainment on the 19th, to which 34 of the principal
nobility had been invited; at both which his Royal Highness
was present.
