Now collecting and will soon be published, by Andrew Law, of
Cheshire, in this State,
A Collection of Psalm-Tunes and Anthems, from the most
celebrated authors in Great-Britain and America, with a
compleat systems of rules, drawn up in the most concise,
plain and easy manner, for the benefit of learners.
The Book will contain about 200 pages, neatly engraved on
plate.
The fluctuating situation of our public affairs renders it
impossible to ascertain the price of the book, but the
collector assures the public it will be the cheapest ever
published in America.
The books will be something cheaper to subscribers than to
others. Subscriptions are taken in by Messirs Eliphalet
Lyman, at Lebanon; Mark Anthony Deaolph, at Chelsea in
Norwich; Caleb Huntington, at Norwich; Amasa Deaolph, at
Pomfret; Thomas Jones, at Killingly.
