Last Tuesday the young ladies of Weston, paid the Rev. Mr.
Woodward's lady a visit, and presented her with the spinning
of 152 skeins of yard: and, when they had regaled themselves
upon the liberality of some particular friends, who sent in
upon the occasion, were joined by a number of young
gentlemen, who contributed very generously towards putting
the said yarn into cloth; one of whom presented the Rev. Mr.
Woodward with an elegant new wigg--a very handsome bonnet
being sent in for his lady. The circle was enliven'd with
innocent diversions, and the evening concluded with anthems
of joy.
