N.B. It is creditably reported, that the small bark
Correspondent, of which Hector Bluff is commander, which ran
aground last Friday, by unreasonably spreading too much
canvas, is repairing her damages, as fast as possible; and
as the market is very low in this town, and little or
nothing can be got for those rough materials for fabricating
essays, songs, sonnets, odes, &c. she means, extraordinaries
excepted, soon after commencement, to clear out from this
port, for Boston; what reception she will meet with there,
is uncertain.
