Boston, December 2. [240 lines reporting meeting of the
people of Boston concerning the tea in the harbour, also
proclamation by T. Hutchinson and refusal of assembly to
obey proclamation] Upon a motion being made, voted, that in
case it should happen that the watch should be any ways
molested in the night, while on duty, that they give the
alarm to the inhabitants by the tolling of bells. And if
any thing happens in the day time, the alarm be by ringing
