London, August 1. . . [7 lines] In a very heroic song which
appeared in the New-York Journal, of the 28th of April, it
is said,
Should Europe empty all her force, we'll meet them in
array,
And Shout Huzza! Huzza! Huzza! for brave America.!"
This song doubtless make a noble noise in the nocturnal
clubs of the Americans, yet it is a pity they do not
recollect that though they may in time be able to resist the
sword's point with some effect, that time is not yet come. .
