Whereas Doct. James Clark, of Milford was apprehended to
appear before the Authority, select-men and Committee of
Inspection, for his being suspected to have been guilty of
concealing a prisoner in this state, (viz) Maj. French; said
Clark having made his escape from the subscriber, any person
who will secure him to the subscriber, shall have two
dollars reward, and all accessary charges paid, by me
[signed] Amos Baldwin, Constable of Milford. Milford, Feb.
