A correspondent desires us to insert the following, "Last Saturday night, about nine o'clock, a bloody battle was fought in Cornhill, between a bald-pated tory officer of marines, belonging to one of the ships in this harbour, and a blind whig fiddler of this town, during the combat the heroes displayed great courage and resolution on both sides, but victory at length declared in favour of the former." |
