London. April 26. The following is said to be the occasion
of the difference that has lately risen between the Grand
Monarque and the Count d'Artois, his brother. The Count
came into the ball room covered; and being ask'd why he did
so, he replied, "Because with his hat on, he thought he
looked more like the King of France than his elder brother."
