Auction of Books. Jewels and diamonds for sentimentalists,
consisting of a very considerable variety of the most
excellent ancient and modern authors in arts, sciences,
poetry, plays, novels and entertainment, will begin to be
exhibited by auction on Friday, the 23d day of October,
1781, and will be continued for several evenings
successively, at the book-store of Robert Bell, near St.
Paul's Church, in Third-street. [signed] John Bayard,
auctioneer.
N.B. Printed catalogues of the books will be ready for
those gentlemen who choose to call or sent to the place of
sale, on Monday, the 22d. Hours of sale from six to nine
each evening.
