To all gentlemen who are inclined to be taught the noble
science of defence, in the most comprehensive and easiest
method which is taught in all Academies in Europe at this
present time, the subscriber flatters himself to give a
general satisfaction. He opened school on Monday the 4th
July last. at the house formerly occupied by Mr. Hopeton
deceased, near Mr. Crighton's tavern, and due attendance
will be given on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, from six
to nine o'clock in the morning, and from five to seven in
