London. . . August 17 . . . We hear a very curious medal is
now making by Jefferys, ornamented with brilliants, which is
intended to be wore by Capt. Wade, as master of the
Ceremonies at Bath, and is to be presented to him by the
Dutchesses of Bedford and Northumberland in November next. .

August 21. There are fresh commotions at Bath about raising
Mr. Wade's salary. Mr. B-- has spit in Mr. G--'s face upon
the parade, and the latter has commenced an action, &c. . .
