| Citation | IC.777.020 13 Mar 1777:33 (9/447) Fifers and Drummers. Wanted immediately, sixteen smart, active lads, from 14 to 17 years of age, as fifers and drummers. Any such, who will engage in the service of their country, may, by inquiring of Major John S. Tyler, of this town, meet with good encouragement. N.B. Proper masters are provided to instruct the drum and fife. Boston, March 8, 1777. |
