Mr. Alexander Quesnay deGlovay being desirous, upon the
evening of the late illumination of this city, to
participate with the inhabitants in their testimonies of joy
on that memorable occasion exhibited, at his lodging in
Second street, between Chesnut and Walnut streets, a
