Ran away from the subscriber's quarter, in Frederick County
near the head of Hawling's River, on the 11th of this
instant April, a convict servant man named Daniel Boot, but
may change it to James Watson, about 5 feet 7 inches high,
fair complexion, short brown hair, pitted with the small-
pox. Had on when he went away, an osnabrig shirt, full'd
country cloth jacket and breeches, old white yarn stockings,
country made shoes half worn, and an old felt hat. He beats
the drum and plays on the flute.
Who ever takes up the said servant, and secures him so as
his master may have him again, shall have a pistole reward,
beside what the law allows, paid by [signed] James Riggs.
