Poland advise, that a plan is drawn up, whereon a law is to
be formed, concerning the affair of the Dissidents, which
will be the first and principal object of the deliberations

churches, and to build new ones; and to have bells and
organs therein; and likewise establish schools and
hospitals, without being obliged to ask permission of the
