Baltimore, February 6, 1775. To be let, a large brick-
house, situate on the corner of Bridge and Front-street,
Baltimore town, near the Upper Bridge, with a cellar under
the whole, four convenient rooms and a large passage on the
first floor, two lodging and an assembly room on the second,
and four on the third, with a brick passage, kitchens,
smoak-house, stables, and garden, all in good repair,
suitable for an inn-holder or any public business. Any
person inclining to rent, may be informed of the terms, by
applying to [signed] John Griffith.
