Two Hundred dollars reward. Baltimore County, Nov. 10, 1779.
Ran away, from the subscriber living about ten miles from
Baltimore-Town, a Negro man whom I bought of Mr. Arthur
Roberts, in Accomack County, Virginia, about three months
ago. He was sold to me by the name of George, but am since
credibly informed that his real name is Lot. The said Negro
is about 21 years of age, five feet ten inches high, of a
yellowish complexion for a Negro; he is a good fiddler, and
very fond of playing on that instrument, and what is
remarkable, plays with his left hand.
