(By permission.) At the New Theatre, in Baltimore, On
Tuesday evening, being the 29th of January, 1782, will be
presented, the Tragedy of The Orphan; or, the Unhappy
Marriage. Castalio, by a gentleman for his amusement;
Polydore, by a gentleman, being his second appearance on the
stage; Acasto, by Mr. Tilyard; Chaplain, by Mr. Street;
Page, by Miss Wall; Servant, by Mr. Atherton; and Chamont,
by Mr. Shakespeare. Serinna, by Mrs. Bartholomew; Florella,
by Mrs. Elm; and Monimia, by Mrs. Wall.
To which will be added, a farce, (written by Mr. Murphy)
called The Citizen.
Old Philpot, by the gentleman who performs Polydore; Young
Philpot, by Mr. Wall; Beaufort, by Mr. Street; Young
Wilding, by Mr. Shakespeare; Sir Jasper Wilding, by Mr.
Tilyard; Quilldrive, by Mr. Killgour; Dapper, by Mr.
Atherton. Corinna, by Mrs. Elm; Maria, by Mrs. Wall.
Boxes one dollar; pit five shillings; gallery 3 s. 9d.
The doors to be opened at half past four, and will begin at
six o'clock.
No persons can be admitted without tickets, which may be
had at the Coffee-house, on Fell's Point, and at Captain
Dennis's, four doors from the theatre.
*** No person will, on any pretence, be admitted behind
the scenes.
